During the first visit of the project partners from Costa Rica to Germany, several lectures were organised for the graduate students at the Department of Hydrosciences of TU Dresden. During these lectures, Dr. Andrea Suárez, Dr. Carolina Alfaro and Dr. Pavel Bautista talked about environmental challenges in Costa Rica and solutions against water insecurity in the Latin American Dry Corridor.
